The
theory for HSC-technology states, that chips carry away the operation energy
of the working surface. Therefore it is possible to fulfil many treatments in the
area
of plastics and steal in a dry atmosphere.
However,
it was found out, especially when working with harder and tenacious
material
such as copper, titan and steal, that the durability of the milling tools can
be prolonged a lot by using a minimum of lubrication. The finely dosed smoke for
the lubrication
is blown by an air stream with high pressure onto the work piece.
Since the dose is extremely
low one drop even lasts many seconds for the
treatment. Two-armed nozzles blow from different
directions onto the surface of
the work piece as to carry away the chips properly.
The
system can work alternatively with or without spray according to the task
demanded. We recommend a conventional cooling system only when having to
wash away
extreme deepenings and when working with especially large tools.
Adequate systems
which are placed underneath the table carry away the waste
properly behind the machine.
