Within the modular system we will supply you with tool changers of 7, 10, 20 or
30 places according to your needs. However, a lot less tools are needed using
HSC-treatments since complex figures can be handled with the same tool.
Surely we may provide you also with systems of 30 and even more tools when
necessary to fulfil your wishes.

Open tool change systems may be best whenever the waste disposal system can
take away the chips properly. A security sensor surveys the correct tool
exchange. Alarm will be raised in case of dirty cones or double occupancy.

A closed system may be advisable for treating dusty materials, such as graphite
or ceramics. A covering cap closes the changer. The tool cone is pushed into the
mouth of the spindle by a defined force via a cylinder of compressed air. With this
the bedding of the spindles is treated very gently.
