Secure laser-bedding with an optimal disposal capacity

This patented W.smart-laser.bed system presents an extremely effective waste
disposal system for developed laser fumes with its special outgoing-air-guiding.
Barrier rulers form little suction canals with small cross sections at the material
to work on. The machine moves the suction pipe directly to the operation spot of
the laser by its own axis-movement. Since the suction pipe is placed at the
same axis with the laser it safely acts directly at the source of the laser.

Conventionally, only a large swallow hole exists by which it is attempted
inaccurately to suck away all over the working area. At the W.smart-laser.bed
all dangerous fumes are sucked away securely and precisely at the active
operation spot, now. This is of special importance for the treatment of synthetic
material since harmful fumes can be developed here.

Customary large cross sections for the suction do not need only strong
ventilation capacity but also very voluminous filter systems. Wissner´s accurate
W.smart-laser.bed-suction allows to keep the following filter system very small
and compact for the neutralization of the developed fumes. The costs of the
maintenance for such a smaller system are very reasonably priced. A little sliding covering exists for the security during the action of the laser. Otherwise
you can work freely at a totally open machine.
