HSC 3000 The
high-tech HSC 3000 consists of a PC-control system. The computer as well
as the screen are placed splash-proof in a special housing and there is no need
of further
control system hardware. The complete CNC-functions are regulated by
software.

this control system is enormously robust according to the principle:
"Nothing can break whenever there is nothing to break."

 Because
of the handling via Windows you will familiarize with the control system
in very little time.
 While
control sequences are at work other programs, such as CAM-modules for
example, can run at the same time as to use any processor time
which might
be left over effectively.
 The
connection to the machine is very simple since the standard pc-hardware
can be used. This does not count only for the network
connection but also for
special functions like SMS outputs, signal outputs or according functions.
 Because
of the open structure there is even the possibility to add complex
individual
programs and special adjustments.

Offering
up to 3000 sentences per second this control system is extremely fast
because of its sophisticated programming technique. Taking the example of a very
good
surface in polished quality you would work in steps of 0,1 mm. Multiplied by
the factor of 3000 blocks
per second this makes an outstanding chart speed of
300 mm per second or 18 m per minute. Convincingly,
this control
system does
not get slowlier when interpolishing very tidy or in an especially
fine way.
This control system also offers a very fine and quick adjustment of up
to 16.000
regulation cycles in the attitude control. This is essential for best clean surfaces
at high
speed. Also the regulator for the number of revolutions works extremely fast
which is
another crucial feature for best surface qualities.
