Line of product: GAMMA
 At GAMMA all machines are formed out of one single piece. From this results
    their extremely solid and precise body. The portals are cone shaped as to
    support all attacking forces effectively.

FEM optimisation
 Every machine is FEM-optimised and checked throughout the constructions
    process. This careful optimisation allows to construct extremely stiff and
    precise machines.

Line of product: BASIC and ECONOMIC
 These lines of product are constructions purely out of steal. Their excellent
    basis results out of effective ribbing and stiffening components.
    Because of the exact calculations of single details these versions already offer
    especially robust and durable machines.

Line of product: PERFORMANCE and HIGH PERFORMANCE
 PERFORMANCE and HIGH PERFORMANCE are also constructions out of
    steal, however, all large parts are casted with mineral. The advantages of the
    mineral casting are not only a perfect absorption but also an excellent dynamic
    for all large volumes. Additionally, the extremely calm functioning of the
    machines leads to especially good surfaces, that reach almost the quality of
    being polished. Therefore they normally do not need to be treated afterwards
    any more. There is the possibility of very high acceleration because of perfect
    absorption qualities. Such high acceleration is of extreme importance for the
    outrageous good durability of the tools in combination with best surface qualities.
    Wissner´s machines allow an acceleration of up to 2 g, which means 20 m/s².
    Therefore processing time will be perfectly reduced and the output will rise.

   Further more the line of product HIGH PERFORMANCE has an active
   temperature regulation. The temperature of the complete corpus of the machine
   as well as crucial machine parts, like the X and Z carriage, is regulated by a
   special liquid. However, without a temperature regulated environment the
   machine still stands an extraordinary tolerance of +/- 1 µ for an working area
   of 100 mm.

   All versions have in common that they do not need any kind of foundation, as
   they stand in a self-vibrating way on special wedged-shaped feet.
   These wedged-shaped feet are surrounded by a special synthetic material, that
   absorbs perfectly vibrations out of the environment.
