Guiding
All
machines are equipped exclusively with linear guiding. These guiding systems
do not posses only an especially good durability, but they also perfectly allow high
dynamic
and best stiffness. The elements are permanently lubricated for an
extremely long adjustment
cycle, so that maintenance work is very rare.
The guiding is equipped with sealing lips which remove any possible dirt
accumulation.

Balls
as roller bearing elements are at use for the line of the version BASIC and ECONOMIC.
These balls cling nicely to the counterstay, so that they durably function.
The
guiding of the line of the version PERFORMANCE and HIGH PERFORMANCE is done by rollers. The rollers lie in a plane way on the
counterpart. Therefore the stiffness and the loading are much higher than at
systems with balls. Since Wissner only buys high quality guidings from
German producers this guarantees best precision. The bearing surface at the
version HIGH PERFORMANCE is most precisely adapted, so that guiding
in µ - precision becomes possible.
