Modular system

Every special task requests an individually adapted machine configuration.

A sophisticated modular system allows to equip every single machine with the
needed tools or modules. Configurations can be put together out of the following
components:

1. Type of machine
    The first criterion is the type of machine according to the requested version,
    precision requirements, speed and process variant of the machine.

2. Additional CNC-axes, such as rotary tables or swivelling heads
    An accordingly attached construction with these axes can be prepared in
    advance, as well as the future integration of the necessary control system
    and cables.

3. Selection of the control system
    All actuation engines are based on AC-technique which means that they are
    technologically top of the art. As a consequence the control system is
    adapted accordingly.

4. Spindles and lasers
    As to prepare the machines for aggregates of a larger scale or of a different
    kind you have to think of the possible use of lasers in advance, to be able
    to integrate that new technology later on.

5. Equipment and tension tools
    When configurating the machine you have to think of tool change
    components, measuring systems and breaking controls of tools. Further
    more the necessary tension tools, vacuum tables, palletising systems or
    even automatic feed systems should not be neglected in the planning
    process.

The result out of these configurations is always an individually adapted
system that matches perfectly to your personal requests.
