Milling machines series GAMMA and her variants

Wissner´s highly dynamic line of product GAMMA consists out of
extremely fast and very precise machines that can also grab strongly.

The machine will be constructed according to your treatment demands
since it is designed in a modular system.

Its style in a portal stay is especially compact; hence, it needs
extraordinary little space.

The complete portal construction with its side part, the foundation plate
and the rail of the machine are fabricated as a mono-bloc housing out
of one piece.

The form of the machine, being FEM-optimized for several times, became
an enormously stiff and robust machine figure.

The conical portal cheeks, which Wissner introduced as a first at portal
constructions, support the portal in a secure and vibration-free way
towards the foundation plate.

Being placed freely on swinging feed the machine does not need any
further foundation or special ground.

GAMMA offers an optimal access to the treatment area; even a lifting
by crane is possible.

A special emphasis is put on safety at the line of product GAMMA.
As an example, the complete operation area is closed safely towards
its surrounding and consists out of sealed double pane windows.

Wissner offers three different versions according to your individual
treatment demands:
ECONOMIC, PERFORMANCE, HIGH PERFORMANCE.

The version ECONOMIC is constructed for works in the area of model
    making, mould making and metal working.

PERFORMANCE offers more exactness and especially a higher dynamic.
    Hence, PERFORMANCE is predominately at use for precise productions
    and mainly at mould making.

The version HIGH PERFORMANCE is to be seen as the state-of-the-art
    product. Because of its extremely precise construction with a µ-range of
    tolerance and an extraordinary high dynamic in the range of 2 g,
    HIGH PERFORMANCE is the right version for the ultra-precise mould
    making and ,most of all, for the micro-production.
